Payment Options
Payment in full is required to begin custom work. Threadbear Baby currently accepts PayPal, its free and easy to use. Shop with confidence and convenience PayPal offers. We accept credit cards, debit cards or funds from your own bank account for transactions. You do not need a PayPal account.
We also accept checks or money orders. Please make payments to Threadbear Baby and mail to:

Please note that checks and money orders will take extra time to clear through the bank which will delay your order, please allow for the extra time.
Below are a few commonly asked questions, if you don't see what you are looking for, use the Contact Us link to ask us directly. You will receive an answer within 24 hours. Can I return merchandise? TOP
Each item is custom made to your specifications, therefore we cannot accept returns. Please double check the spelling of all names. Threadbear Baby is not responsible for mistyped information. If there is a spelling error on the part of Threadbear Baby's we will happily replace your order.
Do you take special requests? TOP
Yes, because the combinations of thread color for doodles can be limitless only the most popular were presented. If you would like a doodle in different colors please enter your request in the comment section of checkout. Do you offer gift wrap? TOP
All of our orders are wrapped in white tulle bag and tied with a sweet Threadbear Baby tag and white satin bow. On request, we'll even throw in a Threadbear Baby gift card, so you don't have to go to the store at all. Do I have to pay Sales Tax? TOP
Virginia residents must pay 5% sales tax. This will automatically be added to your order total at checkout. Residents of other states are not charged sales tax.
What is PayPal? TOP
PayPal is a well-known and respected payment processing service, allowing payments and money transfers to be made through the Internet. It serves as secure electronic alternative to traditional paper methods such as checks and money orders. PayPal payments are securely processed, and it is a free payment method for buyers. Can I ship my gift directly to the recipient? TOP
Yes, you can ship to another address besides your own. Please e-mail us or leave a message in the notes section of your payment with the ship to address. Where can you ship? Outside of the U.S.? TOP
We ship within the United States only. Orders going to Alaska or Hawaii may be subject to additional fees. International shipping is not available at this time. How do you ship merchandise? TOP
We are very happy with the United States Postal Service - Priority Mail (2-3 day average). All shipping and handling charges include order tracking as well as insurance.
When will my order be shipped? TOP
We will ship your personalized merchandise within 7 business days. Most items can be shipped sooner. Every effort is made to complete orders and ship them as soon as possible. |
